You don’t get crowned champ by accident. The Prizefighter is aged for several days in maple syrup bourbon barrels from Manifest Distillery*. All Manifest Distillery’s distillation equipment is American-made and the grains that go into each of their spirits are sourced from a co-op of North American farms. Unlike synthetically flavored coffee, our Prizefighter blend delivers a sweet, natural flavor and aroma that can’t be beat. And just like all Haymaker roasts, it’s made with 100% Arabica beans and roasted in the U.S.A. This winner doesn’t take sh*t from anyone, but you can add milk and sugar if you want. Either way, it will rule the day – so you can dominate yours.

I'm a complete coffee snob. The Bourbon is now my fave. Plus, the folks at Haymaker are nice.
This is the second bag of the bourbon coffee and now I am addicted to it. It is more expensive than the medium and heavyweight but it is well worth the money. Cant wait tto bust open my bag of Rum coffee. Try it once and you will be hooked!!!
Coffee & Bourbon, two of dad’s favorite drinks. We bought the whole bean sample pack for Father’s Day and he loved it!
This is easily one of if not the best dark roast coffees I’ve ever had! It was distinctly smooth, not bitter, and not overly acidic. All that plus the obvious flavor boost of their bourbon roasting put it on another level. Try it! And thank me later :)
When I have to work late at night, PRIZEFIGHTER sure does the job of keeping me awake and focused! Love it!
I wanted to start out by saying that I love supporting local vendors and when we came across you at a Coffee & Octane event at the Avenues Mall (Jax, FL) a few months ago we were thrilled to learn you were semi-local to us. We of course decided to buy a bag of Prizefighter once we learned that the beans were soaked in a bourbon barrel (my husband’s favorite drink of choice) and even got our first coffee grinder just for this bag. Even though we experienced sticker shock when we saw the bank statement (we weren’t offered a receipt at the time of sale, that was my only complaint), I could not be more pleased with this coffee. I truly thought this was going to be my husband’s favorite, but admittedly it ended up being my absolute favorite go to in the mornings and evenings, and I nearly used the entire bag of Prizefighter by myself. I was traveling last week and came home to not one, but two more replacement bags of this deliciousness. I’m also considering investing in a multi-cup coffee pot, since I go through 2-3 Keurig servings a day. What a winning combination of flavors and aromas! Thanks in advance for your time and consideration in reading my review. I am definitely a #customerforlife
If you want to treat your family and friends to something unique, this is the way to go. This line of coffee is great for special occasions, weekend, and to pair with a cigar! Will always have this in my lineup of coffees going forward
I really like this coffee, so does the rest of the household. I would like to see it in a larger quantity and a little less "pricey". Have tried many coffee flavors / roasts and this was definitely in the top 5 or 6.
Normally, I am highly highly let down of most coffees claiming to be infused with some sort flavor when there is zero trace of the claimed taste. So naturally, I was highly skeptical of the trying the Prizefighter Bourbon Roast. However, this is not a gimmick and Haymaker did a fantastic job because you can actually taste the maple and bourbon in this roast! It has a great weight that is not overbearing so you can drink multiple cups a day. It comes in whole bean, which is great because starting your day with the warm smell of fresh ground coffee just starts your day off right. I have been drinking it every day for almost a month and I am already looking forward to my next bag!
I am not normally a fan of any type of flavored coffee....in my experience, flavoring is generally there to cover up inferior quality and taste. However, not the case with the Haymaker bourbon barrel roast! The coffee itself is delicious, and the hint of flavor extracted from the bourbon barrel only adds to the flavor profile! Highly recommend, but only if you like bourbon - the flavor is noticeable.
